A little over 30 years ago my mother created a Uniform Patch to commemorate a event. She was my troop leader at the time and simply wanted an emblem the kids in her troop would be proud to earn. Unsatisfied with what was commonly available she designed that first patch on her own.

That patch quickly gained a lot of interest from other leaders in the area and my mother soon had a desk, a phone and a small office set up in the corner of our garage. Over time, her little business expanded into a small suite in an industrial park, then to her own office, and eventually to 15,000 square feet of office and manufacturing space spread across two continents.

Today, with a team of artists, a manufacturing division, and the latest computerized processes we have earned the business of customers who include Police, Fire, Fortune 100 companies and Military around the world. But we have always remained committed to our Youth Leaders.

With our son now a Scout we proudly work with him to earn his own uniform patches, which we hope will be as important to him 30 years from now as mine continue to be to me. It is for this reason that we say our business is really more than just a business. We hope you can use our patches to continue the tradition of inspiring others to grow with your youth group.
