For each visitor to our website our web server collects no information that would be considered personal. We do not collect visitor domain, ip or email address information.
When an email address is provided by a visitor for communication we use that address for specific communication initiated by our customer. The same is true with telephone numbers, payment information (e.g. credit card numbers, billing information, etc.).

On occasion we do send coupons or other advertising information we feel will be appreciated by our customers who have provided their mailing information. However, we do not share our mailing lists with other companies or organizations at any time, unless legally required to do so.
Cookies: Our web server uses cookies for the enhancement of visitor experience and not for personal data collection.

If at any time a customer wishes to be removed from our mailing lists they may request such be done simply by emailing, calling or writing to the addresses provided above. We will respond to the request promptly. Please provide us with your exact name and address.

All credit card information provided to us via the internet is done through a protected, Secure Server. We maintain a Secure Server Certificate and have been verified by the appropriate governing authorities authorized to provide such certification. All credit card data is encrypted on our server and accessible only by authorized personnel within our company. As testament to our security we have never experienced a security breach which would threaten the trust our customers have placed in us.

Return Policies

Any stock item may be returned with "No Questions". We ask only that it be in it's original, unused condition and returned within 30 days of the invoice date. Refunds will be issued in the form the payment was originally made.
